Steve Santa Fe,  NM A quck blast of the horn wakes up the caged driver I commute for about 1 hour each way to work and back. Through this commute, I travel all the way through one town, another small town, then onto my destination of yet, another town. This 43 mile commute carries thousands of caged drivers who are usually pre-occupied with yakking with each other, texting or feeding their face. Recently, a Toyota Prius with a inattentive driver attempted to pull into my lane without so much of a glance into the rear view mirror or a look over his shoulder. A quick blast of my newly installed PIAA 500Hz horn had him repositioning his eco-car back into his own lane very quickly, leaving him a little more wide eyed. This horn really gets the attention of caged drivers. The only drawback is the size and where to put it on most bikes. I ended up putting it behind my fairing with the horn section pointing down through a gap in the fairing towards the ground. As I'm sitting on the bike, it is loud! Hooking it up on my M109R was very, very easy. Once I identified which side of the factory connector was positive, and which was negative, I was able to use the factory connector to connect to the Piaa horn connector blades. I'm very satisfied with the amount of sound that comes from such a small horn.

Ryan waterford,  MI PIAA sports horn on Buell XB9S If you own a Buell, you know the horn is weak. From a naked ear, this horn sounds at least twice as loud as stock and definitely commands attention. It is only a little bigger in total size than the stock horn and comes with a strong mounting bracket. The instructions specifically say not to move the tab even though they tempt you by having a screw in the center that could let you adjust the angle of the bracket. Overall, great product.
